From 2256 to 2257, the brutal conflict of The Federation–Klingon War left scars that have yet to completely heal. Though a fragile peace endures, it remains strained, compounded by the looming and persistent danger of the Gorn Hegemony and other galactic threats.
Cold-blooded, relentless, and deeply territorial, the Gorn have entrenched themselves across large portions of the Beta Quadrant and continue to press their claws further into the flesh of the Alpha Quadrant. Their assault on the Federation colony at Parnassus Beta in 2259 signaled that open conflict that continues to spread.
In the aftermath of these events, the Arcadia enters a new chapter. Now 2261, the ship’s continuing mission is entrusted to Captain William H. Abernathy, a seasoned officer whose career in security and command has been defined by preparation, restraint, and resolve. Under his leadership, the Arcadia resumes her role as a stabilizing presence during an uncertain era.
Tasked with continuing on its five-year mission, the Arcadia works to bridge relationships within the Federation and among its allies, strengthen the Federation's defensive readiness, provide aid and relief to worlds still recovering from war, and safeguard the Federation's interests without surrendering its ideals.

Mission: Forgotten Wounds
Posted on Wed Apr 1st, 2026 @ 8:55pm by Lieutenant Commander Oscar McDonald MD & Lieutenant Chloe O'Connor MD & Sia Ishanni
“Hello?”
Having safely avoided the somewhat chaotic scenes of crewmen ferrying supplies from the Medical Department to who knew where, Sia Ishanni was not sure what to expect when she stepped through the doors which led to the main medical bay. Certainly it was not this…
Crates were stacked on either side, the labels colour coded and a display listed the contents as well as a seemingly random combination of letters and numbers. In reality this last item of data was crucial, conveying the ultimate destination when the bay was ready to be converted into a triage facility. A decision…

Mission: Forgotten Wounds
Posted on Tue Mar 31st, 2026 @ 9:27am by Lieutenant Commander Elyse White & Lieutenant Commander Sabastian Walker
ON:
Elyse blushed, "it's been a long time since someone took care of me. I've been the one fixing messes and handling the tough stuff for so long. Would be nice to not have to be the grown up for a day or two."
"I can understand that. How about you go and shower and change and I will make you dinner. Technically I'm off duty so this is my last stop."
Elyse's jaw dropped and she found herself a stuttering mess as she went to protest. Finally she managed words though, "but these are my quarters. If anything, I…

Mission: Forgotten Wounds
Posted on Tue Mar 31st, 2026 @ 9:26am by Lieutenant Commander Elyse White & Lieutenant Commander Sabastian Walker
ON:
Elyse had been surprised at just how disappointed she'd been to find out that Tholos didn't show up to the coffee place. Elyse understood that engineering was a busy place though. She had just found herself looking out specifically for him. She knew in herself that it was far too soon. Well, it was the excuse she was actively telling herself.
When she got home, Elyse cussed under her breath. The light in her kitchenette was still dead. She knew she should have waited to confront Walker about his department pulling overtime too much after she had the light…

Mission: Forgotten Wounds
Posted on Mon Mar 30th, 2026 @ 12:57am by Lieutenant Commander Sabastian Walker & Lieutenant JG Aiden Poe
ON:
Sabastian had showered, changed into jeans and a t-shirt. If he was going to fly he would do it out of uniform and comfortable. He fixed his hair grabbed his leather jacket and looked in the mirror and laughed. He looked like a character from the movie Grease, one of his favourites. Shrugging he made his way to the shuttle bay.
He was actually looking forward to flying, he'd missed it. If all went well he'd make it a point to return to his shuttle meditations. He did that a lot on the station. Taking out his skiff and…

Mission: Forgotten Wounds
Posted on Sun Mar 29th, 2026 @ 10:58pm by Captain William Abernathy & Lieutenant JG Aiden Poe
ON:
Poe's heart was racing as he stood outside the door of the CO's quarters at 5AM ringing the chime like his life depended on it.
Captain Bill Abernathy was wide awake before the chime ever sounded. He had already had hit the shower, caught up on some reading, and was getting ready to grab breakfast when the chime rang.
Years of command had carved that habit into him: sleep lightly, mind never fully at rest. Be up early, and be prepared for everything. By the time the sharp, insistent tone cut through the quiet of his quarters, he was…

Posted on Thu Jul 17th, 2025 @ 7:55pm by Lieutenant Adrianna Baciami
Tanina stood beneath the canopy of fairy lights strung between the old olive trees, her hand resting lightly on Dario’s arm. The warm breeze carried the laughter and music from the dance floor, blending with the scents of lavender and the faint tang of wine from the surrounding vineyards. Her eyes found Adrianna and Vance among the dancers, their movements fluid and effortless as if they had been made for each other.
“She’s beautiful,” Dario said softly, his voice low and filled with pride.
Tanina glanced at him, a tender smile curving her lips, “She is. More beautiful than I…

Posted on Wed Jul 16th, 2025 @ 3:52pm by Lieutenant Adrianna Baciami
The Baciami family vineyard glowed under the warm embrace of the late afternoon sun. Rows of vines stood proudly, the leaves rustling gently in the breeze as though whispering secrets of love and legacy. In her childhood bedroom, Adrianna stood before a full length mirror, suddenly feeling quite nervous. The delicate lace of her wedding gown glowed softly in the light streaming through the open window. It had been carefully preserved, tucked away for decades– Tanina’s wedding dress, now hers.
The old wooden door creaked open. Adrianna turned to see her mother step inside, a bouquet of lavender, rosemary and…

Posted on Wed Jul 16th, 2025 @ 3:52pm by Lieutenant Adrianna Baciami
My Vance,
This is the last letter I’ll write to you before I become your wife.
I wanted to tell you that the promise I made to you years ago, when you gave up trying to kiss me-- I've not gone through with it. I've not told the officiant to change the wording of the ceremony from ‘you may now kiss the bride' to 'you may now stare longingly and awkwardly at the bride from a respectable distance’.
Anyway, by the time you read this, I’ll be hours away from walking down the aisle, ready to stand before the man…

*** Some Years Ago ***
The party had finally ended, and the villa was silent. The hum of celebration, the clinking of glasses, and the warmth of family laughter had faded into the hush of the countryside. Adrianna’s family had gone to bed, their joy giving way to the heavy stillness of sleep. All but Giovanni, who stood on the balcony, his broad frame silhouetted against the silver glow of the moon. He held a ring box in his hand, turning it idly as his dark eyes scanned the vineyard stretching endlessly below.
Adrianna found him there, her footsteps were…

Posted on Wed Jul 16th, 2025 @ 3:51pm by Lieutenant Adrianna Baciami
The vineyard shimmered under the soft glow of fairy lights strung delicately between the olive trees, casting their warm light over the rows of tables set for tomorrow’s celebration. The scent of blooming jasmine and freshly tilled earth mingled with the cool evening breeze, carrying a sense of tranquillity that Adrianna found both soothing and bittersweet. She stood at the edge of the vineyard, her gaze sweeping over the familiar land that had been her family’s pride for generations, the place where so many memories had been made.
The entire place looked like a fantasy. It was ready for the…
